Crypto: start with the essentials.
Three reading paths for understanding how crypto works, how markets are measured and how claims can be checked.
1. Understand the transaction
Begin with the difference between a node and a wallet. Then follow Bitcoin change outputs and Solana account data. A balance display is a view of network state, not a universal model shared by every chain.
2. Read the market carefully
Learn what a candle actually records, why price sources can disagree, and how liquidity ranges affect availability. Check unlock schedules separately from the total supply figure.
3. Examine the claim
Check contract identity before relying on a ticker. Understand hashes and signatures and ask what a test dataset leaves out. A repeatable test is useful without being a universal guarantee.
